Rates
Normal-rate periods are weekdays, excluding public holidays, 8 AM–7 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM–1 PM. The current normal rate is the applicable rate shown before submitting. Outside these periods, and throughout Sundays and public holidays, the current overtime rate is the applicable rate shown before submitting.
Rates are charged using the unit’s saved floor area. Service requests retain their recorded rates and charges when rates or plans change.
Notice and Approval
Choose a future service date and submit one-off overtime requests at least one calendar day in advance, using Malaysia time, including weekends and public holidays. Tenant requests require at least eight hours on weekdays and four hours on weekends. Each one-off request covers up to 24 hours starting on the selected service date; overnight endings are calculated automatically. Plan commencement and schedule changes require at least one working day’s notice. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Kuala Lumpur public holidays. All requests and schedule changes require building management approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee service.
Plan Changes
First-time plan setup is free. Each approved change to the Air Conditioning plan, including recurring overtime, costs RM20 per unit. This administrative fee appears separately in the monthly billing report for the month of approval. Rejected proposals and unchanged schedules do not incur this fee.
Payment and Service
Applicable Air Conditioning charges and administrative fees must be paid by the bill’s due date. Bangsar Power System Sdn Bhd (BPS) may suspend or terminate Air Conditioning service for non-payment and, under the schedule form, is not liable for the consequences of that suspension or termination.
